Hey Jeff... sorry for the late reply - I have only been back on here again over the last two days!
When I did that video for Mysteries I just recorded straight with the video camera mic (which is pretty low quality) but I then fed the mix through SONAR7 Producer Edition adding EQ plus a mild Chorus/Delay - next time I do an unplugged video though I will use both Camcorder mic plus my active condenser mic & combine the sounds for a better higher-quality stereo mix! 
Will catch-up with you sometime on here or MySpace - I did enjoy some more of your tunes there the other day!
